1985, Novonikolayevsk The Soviet-Afghan war is getting hot. The Б-Кompany delivers packages from USSR to TH, Roanapur. The manager of The Б-Кompany decides to get involved with the Russian Mafia and Hong Kong triads which becomes allies of the Б-Кompany. Working as an employeer with a small group of people they sail the oceans from and to Roanapur delivering to the Mafias and Triads. Roanapur is an old Thai port in southern Thailand, where the deserters and the losers of the Vietnam War took refuge and were joined by the worst villains and criminals of the planet.
