Description
The Tacoma State Department of Justice oversees the judicial branch of the State of Tacoma, including the Superior Court, District Attorney's Office, Public Defender's Office, and Court Services. We handle criminal prosecution, civil cases, and public defense for the Tacoma State RP community. Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and follow courtroom procedure during all proceedings. Judges, attorneys, and public defenders are brought on through an application process. Court staff positions are filled as needed.
