Description
M.E.S.A. | Magnetic Environment & Spatial Analysis. Is a secret agency backed by the federal government. The Institute, which has been operating in secret since the late 1980s, is charged with the task of stabilizing, analyzing, and containing Spatial Deficiencies and Reality Inversions, which are localized phenomena in which our world falls apart. It is for the maintenance of public safety and global stability that the forces of M.E.S.A. have to work towards ensuring that all the breach points are safe from any kind of intrusion by civilians.
