Description
The 2nd Armored Ceremonial Guard was the precursor to the Army Honor Guard, it was founded by Axtonand StronkTonk1222, the first CO and the first SGT of the Guard respectively. Axton commanded the 2nd Armored CG while it was just forming, establishing it's base and logistical operations. StronkTonk1222 commanded the 2nd Armored CG after Axton, Stronk is responsible for taking it from a small subunit within the 2AD, to a branch-wide secondary division. The 2nd Armored Ceremonial Guard performs ceremonial duties such as: Duty Calls, Inspections, Retirement Ceremonies, Commission Ceremonies, Color Ceremonies, Fallen Soldier Ceremonies, 21 Gun Salutes, and more. These men are expertly trained in Drill, Commands, and Stoicism. This unit represents the best of the 2nd Armored Division as a whole.
