Within these ranks are gathered those whose conduct is beyond reproach, whose word is as bond, and whose judgement commandeth the respect of all who know them. Each member is entrusted with the charge to uphold the dignity of this body, to act with unwavering rectitude, and to lend their counsel where wisdom is required. Admission into Sternhold is not granted lightly; it is reserved for those whose character hath been weighed and found steadfast, whose merit doth speak more than words, and whose presence elevateth the company they keep.
