Trainee - Passed Interviews Junior Sales Associate - Passed Training Sales Associate - 150 worker points Senior Sales Associate - 250 points Junior Manager - 750 points Manager - 1,250 points + Manager Training Senior Manager - 2,500 points Supervisor - 5,000 points Note: These points must be earned legitimately and you need to be active to achieve a promotion.
