Description
Cold War faction. Israel, officially the State of Israel, is a country in the Southern Levant region of West Asia. The Land of Israel, also called Palestine or the Holy Land, was home to the ancient Canaanites and later the kingdoms of Israel and Judah and Hasmonean Judea. Located near continental crossroads, its demographics shifted under various empires. In 1988, following the escalation in the Middle East, the State of Israel joined WW3 on the side of NATO, since then it has occupied parts of Lebanon, Syria and Egypt.
