Description

[𝐓𝐑𝐂] 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭: The Training Command (TRC) is the primary training and education force of the French Army. This division is single-handily the framework of the army, the "backbone". Anyone within its ranks is expected to not only train, but mentor the younger generations of troops; they are our future. Due to the qualifications and benefits of this division, they are often picked to move up the Chain of Command first before anyone else when the time calls for it. 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐨: "Training Tomorrow's Leaders" 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: SGT+ may send an application to instructor school in the comms, individuals are expected to be able to have grammar, competency, people skills, and ability to teach information in an easily understandable way.
