To rank up a tier, do well in training's and/or raids. ================================================[LAWS] Members must be the rank of CPL to gain entry, members may not be inactive for five or more days unless on a scheduled leave (PM The division XO. Inactivity for 5 days results in a tier demotion. Tier 0 = Exiled. If you fail the academy, you can come back in a month for a second chance. But that is all you will get. ================================================
