Serving as both ceremonial escorts and battlefield security forces, they represented the direct power of the Roman state wherever they rode.Recognizable by their black uniforms, decorated wolf pelts, and the symbols of Roman authority they carried, ESL projected fear and discipline alike. ⊰══════════════════════════════⊱ The Equites Lictoris was commanded by the Praefectus Equitum, hand selected by the Dominus, the Praefectus Castrorum of the special force's held oversight of the Equites. To join the Equites you must be drafted and handly selected by the Praefectus Castrorum of the special forces core. Equites are the most disciplined and formidable fighters within the Lictors Guild. ⊰══════════════════════════════════════⊱
