Description
Offering mediation and arbitration services: Mediators help two parties in conflict communicate, clearly address the issues and needs of both sides, and help both sides come to a resolution voluntarily. Parties must decide what they want to do with this information. Arbitration occurs when two sides need a third party source of authority to make a decision for them, and both sides agree to follow GRP's decision. (If one party breaks the contract, that party gets banned from GRP as collateral.) (Both parties can cancel the contract if they both agree to do so.) (Under construction!)
