Description
The clock is ticking. My hours are running out. I’ve been given this life.. But do I appreciate it? Endless misery. My potential, taken from me. By a man who had none himself, That man ruined me, My life. My face. My reflection. His words, twisted. He spoke to me, alone, Nobody heard what he said. Nobody is allowed to know, But as the clock ticks, and ticks… I fear people will know sooner than later. Then, the clock strikes midnight. And my words, once loud and confident.. Return, yet quiet. No longer me. I see his face. I feel his words weighing on my shoulders. … Get away while you still can. He does not play nice. XII, MCMLXXVII.
