Hello there! Welcome to our Official ER:LC private server group River City State Roleplay! About us: River city State Role-play started out as a small server until we had our first developer, BMJ623 who is our lead-developer in RCSRP. He made custom livery’s, clothing, and ELS. Thanks to him, for our server has grown a lot and is now a growing community on ER:LC. Thanks to our staff team, they helped control the server a lot when it sparked up.
