Glenmore Certification & Training Authority (GCTA) The Glenmore Certification & Training Authority (GCTA) serves as the central governing body for all emergency services within the State of Glenmore. Our mission is to establish and maintain the highest operational standards for Law Enforcement, Fire, and Rescue personnel. Through rigorous training, standardized testing, and comprehensive evaluation, the GCTA ensures that every individual serving the public possesses the proficiency, integrity, and discipline required to uphold the safety of our citizens.
