Ethics Department ------------------------------------------------- The Ethics Department stands as the thin moral line on which the Center walks. Its main philosophy is outlined in a set of documents called the Directive of Ethics, which it maintains and edits as necessary. The documents outline the basic rights guaranteed to all personnel, the rules that all personnel, regardless of importance/rank must follow, as well as rules which guarantee the ethical treatment of all personnel, Test Subjects included.
