[United Navy Brigade] _____________________________________________ You are expected to know your way around a boat / ship, otherwise you will receive specific training on how to do so! Promotions will be given for the following reasons; ◘ The recipient is found worthy and capable of the given promotion by one or more Captain or higher ranked officers ◘ The recipient has dedicated a sufficient amount of time to the group's ongoing growth, such as advertising or simple recruiting to achieve the given promotion ◘ The recipient has taken part in a sufficient amount of training sessions, raids, patrols and any other sort of event to achieve the given promotion And many other possible ways to receive a promotion. Meet one of these standards listed above and you are guaranteed a promotion. NOTE-- The higher your rank, the higher the standards are to achieve another promotion.
