ISO "Talon" Lore: After a war with CSO the ISO did not have the manpower to keep most of its Special Forces going so by decision of the Federal President and the Parliament 10 SF Divisions and 4 PMCs fused to form the Special Operations Command known as "Talon", Talon is under direct control of the Federal President and the Secretary of National Defense. Talon is tasked with Counter terror Intelligence gathering, Espionage, Guerilla Warfare and other things. Talon played a main part in the Scotvian Civil War by training and fighting with the Republic of Scotvia's Special Forces, mainly the Special Operations Command "Guardians".
