一向一揆 <🎌> ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ <🎌> "𝐇𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧." <🎌> ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ <🎌> 𝐒𝐲𝐧𝐨𝐩𝐬𝐢𝐬 The Ikkō-ikki were backed by their great faith of Jōdo Shinshū, the Ikkō-ikki was a revolutionary movement lead by the Monshu (Keeper of the Gate). A faction of militant monks they would train their monks in the art of war, hoping to die in order to maintain salvation. However, this came at a cost, as they had ousted the Daimyo and the Samurai, and were an army of peasants and warrior monks.
