On The Spot includes members that have been chosen by Roblox to be featured in the blog. Very few people are chosen by Roblox and only the best will be. The only way to get in is to be on a ROBLOX article or be featured on the ROBLOX Youtube channel or Twitch live stream. Roblox has full control on who gets in. Members here can talk about new things they are working on or even collaborate on projects together. Message the owner, ProfessorStone, if you think you belong in this group, with a link to your association to a ROBLOX blog post, Twitch stream, or ROBLOX official youtube review. This summer we will begin doing stuff with this group hopefully, but with a group like this all of the members are so busy because of how highly successful they are! This group is pretty much discontinued for the meanwhile, eventually I'd like to do something with this but bringing developers together all at once isn't easy.
