Description
The Shai Ascendency is a dominant East Asian technocratic faction that rose from the fractured remains of pre-war megacities and digital infrastructure. Where others rebuilt with steel and salvage, the Ascendency rebuilt with data, networks, and precision-engineered cybernetics, forming a society where flesh and machine are increasingly indistinguishable. Their military doctrine is built around technological supremacy. Autonomous drones patrol the skies in layered swarms, precision-guided and self-coordinating through encrypted command webs. Electronic warfare is their silent weapon of choice - EMP bursts, signal disruption fields, and network jamming systems that can blind entire armies before a single shot is fired.
