Description
The banished of the Directorate all tied together by a man who had realized the wrongdoings of what he called a 'cruel and vile organization' and sought out to destroy it. The Scorpion Coalition exists for one purpose, that being to annihilate the leaders of the Directorate of Abnormal Occurrences and to destroy its detachments and facilities.
