Description
Inhale & Exhale, or I&E, is a group made for mental health advocacy. We've made this group in hopes to spread awareness about mental health and how many people struggle with it. Social stigma that surrounds mental health and how we deal with it is real, and I encourage those who are struggling alone to seek support. I hope to give those who need it - a platform, where they can meet and say hello to people who could relate to each other. Help I&E just by joining it and saying hello!
