Commandos will be called into situations if it is bad enough. The situations that they are called into will be final battles/wars. RBU will be grateful we have such as army. To join pass a series of tests including a test with the High ranks about skill/loyalty, respect, honor, Etc. If you are thinking of joining send your message to a HR. First off, you will have to be recommended by someone who is in Commandos.
