Operating as an independent body, the department is responsible for protecting Foundation interests through intelligence gathering, internal investigations, and specialized security operations. Personnel within IIS work to identify potential threats, monitor suspicious activity, safeguard critical infrastructure, and preserve the integrity of Foundation operations. Working alongside trusted departments when necessary, IIS is dedicated to preventing security risks before they develop while maintaining the confidentiality and stability of the Foundation.
