Description
Lobotomy Corporation is an eco-friendly energy provider which became the replacement wing for the old L Corp. District W-03 is the operating name for Lobotomy Corporation's facility inside W-Corp's nest (designated by the City as "District 23.") Corporate concluded the old L-Corp facility was adequate enough for enkephalin production, and a crew was sent to prepare the facility, after which it was staffed and abnormalities teleported. This branch consists of seven departments: Control, Info, Safety, Training, Disciplinary, Welfare, and Logistics.
