Welcome to The Top-Hat's, and we are an international criminal organization. We are not to be confused with the "Toppat Clan," We are the Top-Hat Clan. You Can Climb Up the ranks by attending our many trainings, and working very hard. Among our ranks, we have a wide variety of criminals, including thieves and burglars, former policemen, con artists, and even wizards and witches. The Top-Hat Clan has been around for at the very least several decades. We will be hosting trainings now and then. We Dont have a communications sever yet, but there will be soon. This group is based of the Henry Stickmin's Toppat Clan, which Is owned by Puffballs United.
