Description
The Covenant, also referred to as the Covenant Empire or Covenant Hegemony, is a massive religious hegemony of multiple alien species that completely control a large portion of the Orion Arm in the Milky Way Galaxy for thousands of years. Originally a mutual alliance between the San'Shyuum and the Sangheili, the Covenant expanded to include six other species (Huragok, Mgalekgolo, Unggoy, Kig-Yar, Yanme'e, and Jiralhanae) united in the worship of the Forerunners and the Halo Array. On the blood of our sons, on the blood of our fathers, we swore to uphold the covenant, even on our dying breath (reformed to banished)
