This group is anti-establishment and is vying to control Vrara as a semi-autonomous region of The Federation of Ruul. Their society is primarily uled with atheistic views agrarianism and militarism. Their symbol the scarecrow is used to represent false worship of religious entities in mainstream religon, such as Chancellor Vol and the Drakeoan Race.
