Description
Skaraborgs Regiment 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 The regiment has its origins in fänikor raised in Skaraborg County in the 16th century. The regiment participated in 1709 in the Battle of Poltava where it suffered heavy losses and on July 1 the entire regiment fell into captivity in connection with the Capitulation at Perevolotjna.
