Description
NCR 1st Recon is an elite reconnaissance and sniper unit of the New California Republic Army, operating primarily in the Mojave Wasteland. Composed of veteran marksmen and scouts, 1st Recon specializes in long-range engagements, forward observation, and high-value target elimination. Unlike standard NCR troopers, they operate in small, flexible teams and rely on precision, stealth, and battlefield experience rather than numbers. A part of wolfboyvx11 ~The New California Republic~
