The Underground was unofficially formed in 1982 as a network that gave criminals a voice when the world tried to silence them. The Underground became more than just a hideout, it was a foundation, a meeting ground where trust was rare, but respect was earned. It is known throughout Mayflower as the heart of Clark County’s criminal world. The Underground was officially established in 2002, and with that came a new era of order and permanence. What had once been whispers became an institution, recognized across Mayflower as the central hub of crime and influence. To this day, stepping into the Underground means walking into decades of history, where old stories of power and betrayal still linger in the air. For all who enter, it is a reminder that crime in Clark County has never been silenced, only reshaped, and kept alive by those bold enough to carry its legacy forward. Everyday, The Underground is known for being the official criminal hub for the State of Mayflower.
