(You have to interview with me to unlock mangeykou,Eternal mangeykou, And be a trusted friend for rinnegan! interview with an HR for jounin,Chuunin or genin ranks.) Also no being overpowered. (Heres my character attributes) I am Rikou Uchiha, The leader of konoha. I have 3 elements. Fire,Lightning,and wind. I have brown spiky hair,and a calm attitude. I became a chuunin at age 9. I graduated the acadmy at age 6. I became jounin at Age 24 And became kage at age 35. I am Wisest in the uchiha And is best at ninjutsu. My weapon is a gunbai. I also have rinnegan, and eternal mangeykou.
