Description
The City of Necropolis was a city built on an island of the same name. The City was known as the city of Life and Death, to it being an anchor point between the Mortal Plane and the Other Side. The City is owned by the Necrotic King, Varlathriel. Who is the leader of the Void Empire. But the governor of Necropolis is always the person that owns the city on the Voidlands Campaign Map.
