Anyone and everyone can apply to be in this department as it's separate from all the others. The application will be announced in the DC, which will be in the VPD DC, or it will be announced in the group. The department is looking for disciplined and professional citizens, as this department is hard, and you will need to train a lot. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 【Other Extras】 Founded by flaeurics and viorph
