Description
WOW State City is split into South and North regions. Both are a whole country however, they're different. Normia is an industrial and lively city. Its authorities are sharing and very loyal to the state, Rasattan is rather a ruin with poor architecture, mild pollution, and a history with nuclear meltdowns, yet a lively community. Its authorities are quite dystopian, and though barely loyal to the WOWO State, are usually very seperate and clandestine. Existing since 2020.
