Welcome to Foronto, a beautiful county in north California. The county's center is Avan, a small but fairly populated city, Foronto offers many jobs such as Avan Police Department, Foronto Regional Police Force, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Department of Transportation, The United States Federal Police etc. If you are wondering why all of these departments sound fake, it is because they are, Foronto is set in an alternate United States where technology has become better and more futuristic. But, not only technology, departments are named differently, for example, in this United States a Sheriff's Office is a Regional Police Force. And there are some things that don't exist here, like the United States Federal Police. Foronto is certainly great and we see it becoming even better. This is a fictional group and should not be mistaken for any locaiton in the real world.
