Description
The Ito Clan of Hyuga - The Ito are a Japanese clan of the Sengoku and Edo periods of Japan. From Fujiwara Korekimi, they trace their ties back to the Fujiwara and Kudo clans. During the Azuchi-Momoyama period, the Ito inherited the land Hyuga Province in Kyushu through Ito Yoshisuke. After the Battle of Sekigahara, the Ito sat over Izu, Hyuga, and Kawachi as Daimyo (lords). - We, as a clan, function with the highest level of discipline and respect. Perfection of the clan must be achieved through not only physical skill, but also mental discipline. There is no room for error with words, or with a blade. Realism and moderate accuracy is key to forging our reputation. Glory to the Ito Clan!
