Interact with one of the computers (computer on the right; near the application wall, works better). 2. When a customer comes up, great them - ex. Hi welcome to Ro-Dealership! I'm (name) and I'll be assisting you today. Are you interested in browsing through our inventory of cars? If so, then I can schedule you an appointment right away! 3. Write the Customer's Username in the box on the top of the popup and click 'create'. 4. Inform the customer that they can't proceed until a staff member claim's their appointment , tell them to wait by the chairs. 5. Claim a customer's appointment by clicking 'claim' on the right side of your screen in the white box and show the customer the cars.
