➽ [HAC] 1. Kavallerie-Division The 1. Kavallerie-Division (1st Cavalry Division) was formed in 1939 with the upgrade of the 1. Kavallerie-Brigade to division size. The 1. Kavallerie-Brigade fought in the Polish Campaign. After the Dutch capitulation 5 days later the 1. was sent to France to fight the remaining French resistance. In November 1941, the 1. Kavallerie-Division was reformed into the 24. Panzer Division. ➽ Units: - Kavallerie-Brigade 1 - Kavallerie-Brigade 2 The 1. Kavallerie-Division was formed on June 17, 2022, after the reformation of the 326th VOLK Grenadier Division.
