Description
Due to raising concerns of a sudden Resistance increase and Civil Protection units nearly failing to protect the City from the rebellion, the vice commander of the Combine Civil Authority would dispatch the SWORD division to the area to help the Civil Authority and its other experimental forces on fighting back against the Rebel Incursion in an Urban Center known as "City-08."
