中華民國憲兵指揮部 Military Police Command of the Republic of China 簡介 (𝐁𝐈𝐎): 為中華民國國軍中具有軍法、司法警察權力的執法部隊，軍種屬中華民國陸軍。 因具有執法權，並擁有獨立的指揮、人事、後勤補給系統，故不隸屬於國防部陸軍司令部，主要任務之一是保護中華民國總統。 It is a law enforcement force with military law and judicial police power in the Republic of China Army. The military type belongs to the Army of the Republic of China. Because it has law enforcement powers and has independent command, personnel, and logistics supply systems, it is not affiliated with the Army Command of the Ministry of National Defense.
