The Organisation is based on the principle of defending one another against those who seek to disrupt the regional stability, and to protect those who struggle to protect themselves. The Organisation regularly conducts joint-trainings with its Member States, and commits itself to strengthening regional security, whilst allowing nations to maintain national sovereignty.
