The Navy, The Ultimate Navy, The Navy that Served from the Barents Sea to the Sea of Okhotsk. The Navy was Established by Admiral Kolchak Before his execution in 1919, Whilst having a Port in an Abandoned Town, the Siberian Provisional Government decided to build up the Navy, and to build up the Ports. The Current Ports are: Head Port of Vladivostok, Port of Yuzhno Sakhalinsk, and the Port of Anadyr. The Navy is as Quiet as Wind, but Mightier than the Enemy!
