Description

Orakulus SCP:F | Department of External Affairs The Department of External Affairs is in charge of exploring the furthest reaches of the world, and bringing back the knowledge they've found to benefit the Foundation. They go as far as exploring and maintaining relations with other Foundations in their pursuit. We learn and provide knowledge that benefits the Foundation in order to innovate and create a better experience for our Personnel.

Growth

4 measurements spanning 49 days, net -3. Dots are measurements; the straight line between them is drawn to join them, not to claim we know the path taken in between — snapshots are recorded only when a count changes, so gaps mean “no change observed”, never “interpolated”. The vertical axis spans 44–47 and does not start at zero.
