Hey people! Welcome to the mental health awareness crew. I have created this group for people who are struggling with their mental health or are feeling down. Every year, millions of people die due to suicide caused my mental health problems. If you ever feel down, you can come and speak to me / and other people in this group and make friends to help lighten your mood. We are here for you and will do our best to make you feel better. If you are feeling a bit sad or uneasy then I want to let you know that everything will be okay, I care and a lot of people out there do, and are willing to help. You do not deserve to go through this alone, this is a place for support, and why this group exists. The group is not just limited to mental health, it's targeted to help people with any struggles they are facing in life. I hope by me creating this group, you will feel happier! Again, you are not alone and you deserve happiness. Stay strong people, we are here for you, you are not alone!! :)
