Description
The Chaos Insurgency, they follow "The Engineer" who is controlled by "The Engine". They have no clear path on their goal, but they know that the SPCF should not contain SCPs the way they do. The only person or thing that truly knows the goal for Chaos Insurgency in The Engine. But, somehow, everyone knows it is for the great of good. Or is it? That if for you to discover, not me.
