In an attempt to better regulate the passage in and out of the City, The Cybernetic Foundation constructed the Border, the only known way in or out of District-XI. As a insurgent threat emerged from the shadows in an attempt to keep the city safe the Foundation formed multiple divisions with unique tasks based around protecting the City and putting an end to this organization of terror. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Cybernetic Foundation is a modern mix sci-fi military roleplay community based around two groups, The Cybernetic Foundation which is tasked with defending the city and running the border. and The Insurgency, which exists to raid the border and attack the city.
