Description
We are the fans of legos. It all started back in 1956 when Ole Kirk opened a foreign sales company. In 1958 he passed away and his son, Godtfred K. took over for him. In 1960 a fire destroys the workshop with all the wooden toys inside. So the place is rebuilt, and is back up again. In 1961 Godtfred buys an airplane to take him and the legos to the U.S. In 1963 the workplaces replace plastice with what we know of lego bricks. 1973 the LEGO logo is what we know today. In 1979 Godtfred's son, Kjeld K. takes over. In 2008 Kield is inducted into the U.S. toy hall oh fame. "Only the best is good enough."-Ole K. Fact: Lego means play well in latin.
