You can join the group but to be ranked you must message the user "RareHatsMsg" You must also research your hat and list it in the message Research requires: the amount of owners the item has, when the item was made, (not always required to be rare) and or if its glitched in anyway. RANKS Fan - No rare hats just a fan. Decent Rarity - the item you have isn't rare either common Uncommon - A hat you don't see everyday. Rare - hard to find hat Very rare - you'll probably only see it around a few times. Ultra Rare - you have one of if not the rarest item in the game. Donator - A very kind person who likes to help out
