The Magna State Council is responsible for passing, altering and if necessary, removing laws and regulations for the state. We hold elections every 8 weeks for the position of x2 council members. The Council Executive is appointed by a majority vote of the newly elected council members; if they cannot make a decision with 48 hours, the Founders will appoint someone.
